Hey Boo! Welcome to thebrownmamimelts and butterflies and dumbbells website. I'm Alicia! I am a wife, mom of 4 children, and ive lost 240lbs! My journey started in December of 2020, and over the past nearly 6 years, I have turned my testimony into a passion for fitness. My mission is to help Gods daughters become healed, whole, and healthy. My Business, Butterflies and Dumbbells exclusively offered 1:1 coaching for 4 years. This offer is sunsetting permanently as of Oct 1, 2026. Im excited to keep you up to date for what is next.
Butterflies and Dumbbells llc offered an online 1:1 coaching app in which Alicia Coached women from around the world and helped them on their fitness journeys directly. Butterflies and dumbbells is taking a new direction and will no longer offer 1:1 Coaching starting October 1, 2026. Alicia is so thankful for the years and many clients who have allowed her to help them on their journeys.
